Who we are
Everill’s Martial Arts & Fitness(“we”) runs this website and is responsible for the personal information collected through it. You can contact us at elijah@everills-martial-arts-and-fitness.co.uk, by phone on 07864 679368, or by post at 2 Waterloo Street, Ironbridge, Telford, TF8 7AA.
What we collect and why
- Contact and register-interest forms. Your name, email address, phone number (optional), the class or topic you chose and your message. We use these only to reply to you and, if you ask, to help you book a class or join. Our lawful basis is your request (taking steps before a possible membership) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.
- Children. If you are enquiring for a child, please give only the details we need (for example their age group). We do not knowingly collect information directly from children through this website.
- Technical logs. Our hosting provider records basic request information (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site secure and running. We do not use this to identify you.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We use these service providers to run the website:
- Vercel Inc. — website hosting.
- Resend — delivers form submissions to our inbox by email.
These providers may process data outside the UK; where they do, they use safeguards recognised under UK data protection law.
Class bookings are made on SparkPages, and links to WhatsApp, Instagram and Google Maps take you to those services. Their own privacy policies apply when you use them.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries only as long as we need them to respond and follow up, and then delete them. If you become a member, your membership records are handled separately.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict it. Contact us using the details above. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
